I came in for a 36k service. No appointment was necessary and I was in and out in under an hour. Mike Needham made everything effortless for me. A few comfortable recliners/chairs would not break the bank and would make all the difference. More

Kevin Hickle is a HERO to me! ! He talked me through FaceTime on how to change a fuse so I could have continued access to my phone, radio and map/navigation system while traveling. ! Was disappointed with my visit. I have never had this happen before! It wouldn't have taken but a few minutes just to check but was told no, you have to call for a special appointment? I wasn't asking to tear the car apart. Also, no one told me there was a system software update on the car! I found out overhearing another customer in the waiting room who was having it done.
