I was on vacation from out of state and my local dealership messed up my oil change I had done right before we left for Florida. (My dealership had double gasketed the drain plug and it was also han dealership messed up my oil change I had done right before we left for Florida. (My dealership had double gasketed the drain plug and it was also hand tight.) My low engine oil light came on so I stopped in to Subaru of Jacksonville. I had no appointment and I just asked if I could get a quart of oil and they offered to pull it in and double check everything real quick. And that they did! They got it right up on the rack and fixed everything that needed fixed. Mike Needham- the service advisor was awesome! We were so thankful for him and his staff. We got right back on the road to head to Ohio in about 1/2 hour. We can’t thank them all enough. The dealership is TOP NOTCH all the way! I was a service tech in a Ford dealership for years and I’ve been around the business my whole life and this dealership really stood out to me! Thanks again for your service! More

Wor was done well but the first service advisor who signed me in condescending and not very helpful. After 1 1/2 hours I had to look him up to see why an oil change was taking so long. Again he was s signed me in condescending and not very helpful. After 1 1/2 hours I had to look him up to see why an oil change was taking so long. Again he was short said he had to fill the paperwork out and wLked off to help not 1 but two other customers. One of the other service writers walked over and offered to help. He was pleasant, friendly, willing to answer questions and went out of his way to show me how to operate a specific feature. He was what this dealership is about and represented it well. If I had to deal with the first guy everything, I wouldn't come back. More
