Completely disappointed every time I come here it looks like they always undermanned and they always blame you for your cars problems. Like if a customer is bringing a car for a problem your job is to look like they always undermanned and they always blame you for your cars problems. Like if a customer is bringing a car for a problem your job is to look at it and troubleshoot not to blame the customer … I take great care of my vehicle I don’t want to take my vehicle where the people that supposed to help me figure out what’s wrong are gonna tell me I’m the problem … I think you are the problem and for that reason I will not show my face at this location or buy a Subaru ever again and I will make sure everyone knows my experience with this disgusting customer service More

Mike in the service department went above and beyond what we expected: allowing us to keep a loaner car for a month, even allowing us to drive it up to the mountains. Mike Needem is the man! The other advisors are really helpful but Mike approached first and took my loyalty. Never met an advisor so on top of his work. Updates and gets me in and out with no hassle.
