I’m on my 3rd Subaru from Subaru of Jax - Kim is my lady! - and I bring all cars here for repairs as well. Yes, you might get a cheaper price but you don’t know if the work/parts will be up to par. I trust t - and I bring all cars here for repairs as well. Yes, you might get a cheaper price but you don’t know if the work/parts will be up to par. I trust them and that is hard to come by nowadays. My daughter’s 2013 Outback needed a LOT of work and Mike Needham took the time to explain and show me a diagram of the parts that needed to be replaced and what purpose they served. Some people don’t want to know all the details, some people already understand, I was very happy he walked me thru where my money was going! All in all another great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
