I want to give a big thank you to James in service for his amazing customer service !! I only came in for an oil change but I ended up getting my 60k miles routine maintenance, new tries and of course the his amazing customer service !! I only came in for an oil change but I ended up getting my 60k miles routine maintenance, new tries and of course the oil change to keep my Subaru outback healthy. James made me feel comfortable, took his time going over everything and answered all my questions(trust me I had a lot..lol). After a horrible experience at the other Subaru dealership in Orange park it's a nice feeling to have trust and confidence in the professionals taking care of my car. Thanks to James this Subaru girl is now a Subaru of Jacksonville customer for life. More

I took my car in for a service recall Friday expecting it to be done Monday afternoon. To my great surprise the work was done on Saturday, but I was unable to get it that day.
