The car was in for the 3G upgrade, Oil Change, Tire Rotation. When I arrived Mike Needham had the courtesy car and all the paperwork associated with my visit ready. Cant say enough good things about our advisor, Josh! He stuck with us for 4 days till a needed part came in. Kept us well informed and even came in on his day off to check on things, our car had broken d stuck with us for 4 days till a needed part came in.
