servuce I've had numerous issues with the file tank computer I fill up says I have 260 to a full tank drive off the gas station lit it drips by 40 leaving 22 I've had numerous issues with the file tank computer I fill up says I have 260 to a full tank drive off the gas station lit it drips by 40 leaving 220 till emtpy. I have gotten down to 3 miles left in tank and can't get over 13 gallons in the tank. Yet it was a strand the service depth git exactly 15.9 gallons in the tank. Then took the car for oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly they did it in 29 mins, all of it after telling me I had two customers waiting well there was one in the center know one else anywhere. I called other Subaru dealership they said it takes about a hour .you would think since they have to drive the car on to the ramp. Take off all the lug nuts rotate of the tires.take the oil filter off .lower the car then add the oil drive the car out. Unless their a Nascar crew I don't think it happend the gas issue has been issues with others . I've asked them about the sensor they think I'm crazy. We also new that when we leased the car the door which we where told had a small ding in it they had to fix found out later the whole door was replaced, when the sales man asked me to use my key to open the door a month later.. well it didn't work I've asked for the owner to fix this and call us nothing .we will never deal with them I don't like people who are not forth coming. They also everytI'm we take it in check fluids well they don't , but however Firestone did for us. Tire light has came on twice tey said it didn't but my Subaru app says it did. It's stupid to not tell the truth over something so small. This is a lease and all payments have been made to chase and the car only has 6700 miles our my Subaru didn't give us a message hey you need a oil change it said 12,000 miles book says 6,000 Anyway never will myself or my son until the man or his son makes this right it's so stupid. More
Problem with your Subaru, they will solve the problem. You know, one never knows a company, until there's a problem. They listen, investigate, and fix the problem. And, the staff goes out of their way to be kind and caring to us...I'm grateful to have someway ended up buying my Subaru at this dealership. More

I was told by my mechanic in St Augustine that my 2004 Impreza was in need of gaskets. I was devastated since the Subaru I owned prior to this one had over 350,000 miles on it which I gave to my daughter Impreza was in need of gaskets. I contacted this dealership, spoke to Steve in the service department and explained what was happening and asked if there was a recall on the gaskets. He explained to me in terms that I could even understand, what had to be done, and how the dealership would provide me with a better grade gasket than my local mechanic would provide.The price was slightly higher, but I would receive a loaner car. After speaking with my husband, we decided to have the dealership repair my car rather than my local mechanic.My past experience with this dealership was a recall of the front lower control arms, which was a great experience. I had the gaskets done, drained transmission fluid & replacement, A/C overhaul and the brakes checked.I was told that it would take 3 days to a week for the repair. I was contacted two days later by Steve and was told that my car was ready. I was so happy since I love MY CAR and couldn't wait to have her back. There was a slight noise in the steering when I backed up which Steve looked at and repaired at no charge!!! A+Customer Service SOJAX More
Worst experience ever. My "check engine" light comes on Saturday of a holiday weekend. On Tuesday, I take it in. Turns out my Turbo went out but since I kept driving it through the weekend, it mad comes on Saturday of a holiday weekend. On Tuesday, I take it in. Turns out my Turbo went out but since I kept driving it through the weekend, it made the turbo blow which shot metal scraps into the engine... blame was on me for continuing driving. Warranty wouldnt cover the cost because I did not have proof of oil changes EVERY 3,000 miles. So they expected me to pay over $8,000 out of pocket. I cant afford that. So, I pick up my car, and a shoe is missing, just one shoe. I called and asked what could have happened to it. Sarcastically, they kept saying "I highly doubt our service men would steal 1 shoe" or "We can look through the security tapes to see if someone broke in and stole it." Why cant they admit they lost it and replace it. They werent $20 shoes, these were $100 Nike running shoes... only worn a couple times! Long story short... they treat you like a child. They lost a customer today. More
They can do pretty much any service (including aftermarket parts installation) you need here and the service reps are helpful in every way they could be.
