Going the Extra Mile! Just moved to JAX and took car in with slow tire leak Friday mid afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Didn't buy the car there and this was my first visit. Not only did they put in extra effort to find and fix the leak but were also able to change the oil. Also a complimentary car wash! Extraordinary last minute service saved my weekend. More

Great experience with the Service Department We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us so We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us sort through what was absolutely necessary to keep the car on the road for another couple years and what was not worth doing on a car with so many miles. During the course of the repair, they damaged the radiator. Instead of telling us we needed a new radiator (which a less trustworthy shop might do), they told me and replaced it at no cost. Two days after dropping the car off with no appointment, I get a call from Josh and everything is finished under budget and ahead of schedule! Needless to say, we will be returning to Subaru of Jax and Josh for any future repairs. When it comes time to shop for another car, I'll look at Subaru's first because I trust the service department at Subaru of Jax so much. Thanks y'all! More
Hands Down, The Best Service From Start to Finish I own a Subaru Forester that I enjoy immensely. This is my very 1st Brand New Vehicle, and I take pride in ownership. I expect good customer service, follow thru, recommendations, and being able to answer all my questions. My Service Advisor is named Kevin, and he has been on point from the 1st time we met. I asked about detailing, as I wanted my car to look it's best since there was really no professional detailing from inside and out since I purchased in 2014. I was introduced to Max who operates the detailing for dealers. WoW! This guy went over everything, how it would be done, how it would look, never rushed me, although I do know he was very busy. I almost did not recognize my car when I picked it up after being detailed. It looked like a Brand New 2018 Brand New from the lot. Kevin and Max showed both the best customer service anyone could ever want, I can see why Subaru of Jacksonville has been the #1 Subaru Dealership Choice Award in the State of Florida. Awesome Serivce Department Stopped in the Service Department to make an alignment appointment as my was pulling a little right. Steve greeted me, told him what I needed and he immediately asked me if I had time to wait as they may be able to do it right then. To my surprise he had a tech and the alignment machine available. He got me signed in and the alignment was completed within an hour. This is going above and beyond in my book... Sojax has the BEST Service Department (Service Writers and Techs)!!!! More

servuce I've had numerous issues with the file tank computer I fill up says I have 260 to a full tank drive off the gas station lit it drips by 40 leaving 22 I've had numerous issues with the file tank computer I fill up says I have 260 to a full tank drive off the gas station lit it drips by 40 leaving 220 till emtpy. I have gotten down to 3 miles left in tank and can't get over 13 gallons in the tank. Yet it was a strand the service depth git exactly 15.9 gallons in the tank. Then took the car for oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly they did it in 29 mins, all of it after telling me I had two customers waiting well there was one in the center know one else anywhere. I called other Subaru dealership they said it takes about a hour .you would think since they have to drive the car on to the ramp. Take off all the lug nuts rotate of the tires.take the oil filter off .lower the car then add the oil drive the car out. Unless their a Nascar crew I don't think it happend the gas issue has been issues with others . I've asked them about the sensor they think I'm crazy. We also new that when we leased the car the door which we where told had a small ding in it they had to fix found out later the whole door was replaced, when the sales man asked me to use my key to open the door a month later.. well it didn't work I've asked for the owner to fix this and call us nothing .we will never deal with them I don't like people who are not forth coming. They also everytI'm we take it in check fluids well they don't , but however Firestone did for us. Tire light has came on twice tey said it didn't but my Subaru app says it did. It's stupid to not tell the truth over something so small. This is a lease and all payments have been made to chase and the car only has 6700 miles our my Subaru didn't give us a message hey you need a oil change it said 12,000 miles book says 6,000 Anyway never will myself or my son until the man or his son makes this right it's so stupid. More
