Great Service Dept. Our car, which is only 6 months old got a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. Great service Dept. Came in with the dash of our Outback lit up like a Christmas Tree. Found the problem to be wires chewed by Rats! They fixed the wires at a VERY reason Came in with the dash of our Outback lit up like a Christmas Tree. Found the problem to be wires chewed by Rats! Going the Extra Mile! Just moved to JAX and took car in with slow tire leak Friday mid afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Didn't buy the car there and this was my first visit. Just moved to JAX and took car in with slow tire leak Friday mid afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Didn't buy the car there and this was my first visit. Not only did they put in extra effort to find and fix the leak but were also able to change the oil. Also a complimentary car wash! Extraordinary last minute service saved my weekend. More

Great experience with the Service Department We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us so We brought in a used Subaru we just purchased with ~250k miles on it. Needless to say, there was a long list of recommended repairs. Josh helped us sort through what was absolutely necessary to keep the car on the road for another couple years and what was not worth doing on a car with so many miles. During the course of the repair, they damaged the radiator. Instead of telling us we needed a new radiator (which a less trustworthy shop might do), they told me and replaced it at no cost. Two days after dropping the car off with no appointment, I get a call from Josh and everything is finished under budget and ahead of schedule! Needless to say, we will be returning to Subaru of Jax and Josh for any future repairs. When it comes time to shop for another car, I'll look at Subaru's first because I trust the service department at Subaru of Jax so much. Thanks y'all! More
