I was able to save 10% which was a nice surprise. they are true gentleman over there, always holding the doors and offering the most pleasant greetings. I go back there every time I have an concern or issue with my car, because I feel as though I can trust them and be heard. More

Quickly got me back on the road We heading South for a vacation and was driving down I-295 in Jacksonville. I noticed some steam coming out from under the hood. I 'nursed' the car to the nearest Subaru dealer and asked for some help. I anticipated we would be there all day.... They got me in within 20 minutes and had the evaluation to me 15 minutes later. Bad radiator and none in stock or in town. Nearest new radiator was in Miami. The service advisor, Joseph Rodriguez got it ordered for delivery the next day. I asked if I could get a 'loaner' and he gave us a BRAND NEW 2018 Subaru Legacy with only 120 miles on the odometer!!! That made us feel a lot better after the stressful morning. We got the call the next afternoon that our car was ready to be picked up. We were extremely happy with both Joe and this dealership. More

Very friendly and efficient associates My Subaru Outback 2015 Was electrically dead each morning . I was going to buy a battery at the auto parts store but decided to take it to Subaru o My Subaru Outback 2015 Was electrically dead each morning . I was going to buy a battery at the auto parts store but decided to take it to Subaru of Jax .in case it was something else. I called at 10:30 and got an appt for 2:00 pm that same day. I was met by Willy who checked my Suby in and was in great spirits and said it will be done in less than an hour. Then I went in the service desk and talked w/ Josh . Josh was very friendly and courteous gave me some tips about car care in salt climate as I'm from the Mtns of CO . He sent me to the comfortable customer lounge w/ snacks , beverages and coffee to wait. It was done as they promised in about 45 min. Roy was the mechanic that changed out my battery because it was leaking , he did a nice job.. Now here's the best part . My Subaru was over 36,000 miles by a few K, out of warranty of course. The cost of the 8 yr battery would be $139 but they said since the mileage was just a little over they did it for FREE . Was that cool or what? So since I come to FL for 6-8 months the next Subaru we are buying is from Subaru of Jacksonville , for sure. Hey why not!!! More
