The service we received was professional, timely, and friendly. My husband said we were treated like family. We were back on the road in a couple of hours and Subaru of Jacksonville even provided us with lunch. Introduced the owner's son to us and he was very accommodating. Would definately recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone. Service department was the best from the minute the toe truck pulled in with our car and us. Great experience. Easy service experience I have referred all of my friends and family to Subaru of Jacksonville. I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback in 2016 and didn't understand why I never co I have referred all of my friends and family to Subaru of Jacksonville. I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback in 2016 and didn't understand why I never considered owning a Subaru sooner. Most recently, I dropped off my Outback to get some routine service with Steven Wall. The service representatives are always honest and friendly. Steven made sure all my service concerns were addressed, put me in a loaner car, and my car was ready to be picked up within a reasonable amount of time. I've never experienced that level of service and I have owned other new cars from larger dealerships (Honda, Toyota, Lexus). More
