However, I want to single out Subaru of Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL, for it’s outstanding care. Steven Wall of the Service Department, as well as all of his colleagues, have always gone the extra mile to be helpful and considerate. An added bonus is that in an apples to apples price comparison with another local dealership, Subaru of Jacksonville’s estimate came in hundreds of dollars less. I can recommend Subaru of Jacksonville with confidence. More

Jennifer Becker, Service Advisor, was helpful in informing me of good news that there was no leak, recommended I purchase an oil filter cap, drain plug and gasket to put on next time I changed the oil. They also washed my car on the outside (including where oil buildup was accumulated). Well worth the short time I was there to be reassured of no major problems. More

I called th Both the Sales and Service groups at Subaru of Jacksonville are outstanding. Sunday 4/22 the battery on my 2016 Legacy just up and died. I called the dealership knowing that the Service Area would be closed, but I was hoping to get the road side service number. Well, Josh Strickland took my call, grabbed a charger and came and got me going. Then Monday 4/23, Russell Hyatt and the Service group fit me into their schedule when they opened first thing and replaced the battery. It's outstanding customer service and caring like this that has us coming back to Subaru of Jacksonville. How can you not like owning a great vehicle with an even greater dealership to help you care for it. 5 Stars plus for sure !!!! More
Timely, good service I have enjoyed my visit each time that I have brought my car in for routine service. I use the wi-fi to work remotely, have a complimentary snack and I have enjoyed my visit each time that I have brought my car in for routine service. The service person went through the report with me professionally and answered all my questions without a hint of condescension. Top Notch Customer Service! The air pressure guage was showing up on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped and asked if they would check my tires. Daniel Kane, Jr. Service Advisor said "not to worry" he would have the tires checked right away. I said I was going to come in the following week for maintenance and he said they could also take care of it while I was there. He had me wait in the Customer Lounge and periodically came in to tell me what they found with the tires and what it would cost to fix, etc. Also, he found I had a credit to have my headlights cleaned and did want that done also. Daniel kept me informed, was so pleasant and professional and making me feel at ease. Everything was taken care of and I don't have to bring the car back until my next regular scheduled maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased. They even washed the car for me as an added bonus. They made my weekend! More

Bailed me out of a bad situation I was traveling from Charlotte, NC to Naples, Fl on a Saturday in February when my Subaru broke down. Programming garage door opener on Homelink mirror of Outback I was unable to program the garage door opener on the Homelink mirror of a new 2017 Suburu Outback after calling Homelink and Liftmaster. So, I conta I was unable to program the garage door opener on the Homelink mirror of a new 2017 Suburu Outback after calling Homelink and Liftmaster. So, I contacted Sean Lee, my salesperson. He forwarded my concern to Phil Porter, Service Manager, Phil promptly contacted me and laid out a course of action. Eventually, Phil sent Juan Hernandez to my home over 40 miles away to address the problem. When that didn't work, Juan called a local garage door specialist who also could not program the opener. Finally, the mirror was replaced and I was able to program the new one. I was not charged for anything and received a complimentary detailing when I came back for the new mirror. Phil, Sean and Juan all showed sincere concern for my problem and worked tirelessly to resolved it. I was really impressed with their dedication and efforts. More
