Spectacular Service My 2016 WRX had a massive coolant issue and the engine was severely overheating. I called up Subaru and Steven set me up with an appointment the same My 2016 WRX had a massive coolant issue and the engine was severely overheating. I called up Subaru and Steven set me up with an appointment the same day and I had the car towed in. He fixed the issue, tested the car to ensure the overheating issues were gone, and got me back on the road within a timely manner. When I have a small issue like this morning when I needed to have the right exterior mirror put back together (yes, I hit something with it) - there is no muss or fuss - just drive to the area next to customer service and the great guys and gals will put you back together. No paperwork at all. Or on other occasions when there are bigger deals like a 30,000 mile checkup - the wait is no problem because there are drinks and snacks waiting for us as well as wifi, tv, computers (in case you didn't bring your own). And of course it is always fun to chat with the sales staff and see what's new with Subaru. Oh, and did I mention that a free car wash is included? How great is that! More

First Oil Change Max was very polite during check in. After the service he was very informative as to when and what my next service would entail.
