In the past, I typically would give 5 star reviews. However, this time around it seemed like I was a bother to the customer service rep. My wife came in cause there was some vibration at high speeds. Every question I asked was met with a sigh and an irritated, condescending tone. We agreed to the inspection and later, the work that needed to be done. Mike was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had to tow our car in from Georgia because we couldn’t find anyone that could address the transmission issue.
