Went to Subaru of Jacksonville because I needed help with my new Outback Wilderness. The other Subaru dealer where I bought it was less than helpful. The help I received was amazing! The team at Subaru Jacksonville is beyond superb. I brought my car in on a Sunday after suffering a minor accident.... 1000 miles from home. Before hours, Alice checked me in (not her regular job!) I received a call early Monday morning from Mike N, who went through what the technicians were seeing, and what would need to be done. Importantly, he told me the things that didn't need to be done.... additional new tires, shock absorbers, struts, etc. I was kept informed at every step of the way, and the car is back in our hands, as good as new! If you are in the market for sales or service on a Subaru, look no further. More

In the days that followed Brad called several times to update us on the status of the repair, and once again called to give us a heads-up of the expected completion. This dealership is customer oriented with caring professional staff that are well trained in what they do. Subaru should be proud to have them represent the brand. More
