The check in area was cleaner than my porch and the waiting area was well stocked with coffee and snacks and the seats were comfortable. But it was so quick I barely had time to do anything. Really helpful nice people. Plus I love my subaru outback so I appreciate that it left there clean and looking like a new car again. More

Kindest People I have ever meet. I needed some repairs on my car and could not afford all the repairs. Mike calmed me and said everything would be done to help and Josh and Christian all were so kind and helpful. The work was done on my care and they gave me a discount to help with the bill. These 3 men went above and beyond what they had to do to put a smile on my face and wipe a tear from my eye. Helped with access to trunk A Tale of Two Dealerships: It was the best of times -- it was the worst of times. Not all dealerships are created equal. I was on vacation and got A Tale of Two Dealerships: It was the best of times -- it was the worst of times. Not all dealerships are created equal. I was on vacation and got locked out of my trunk. I went to a Subaru dealership (out of state and I won't say where) and just asked for help getting in. I was brusquely told they were too busy and I could maybe make an appointment in the upcoming days, but certainly not that day. I worked around access to the trunk until I got back into town and drove directly to my home dealership (Jacksonville Atlantic Blvd). Even though they were busy and I had no appointment, Gabe and two other members stopped what they were doing, discussed among them what the potential problem could be and had me fixed in less than 10 minutes. I was elated and it made for a good ending to my vacation. And they didn't even make me feel like an idiot since ultimately this situation was caused by "operator error". Many thanks. So now, I appreciate even more the terrific service I have received every time I have brought my BRZ in. More

The staff took the time to thoroughly explain all details of the service as well as when to bring the vehicle back for it"s next 12,000 mile checkup. I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about twenty minutes with their multi-point inspection accomplished and car washed with a bottle of cold water sitting in my cup holder when I left!
