As for the service center, everyone was very helpful and courteous. As for my service advisor Mike Needham, he made the experience that much greater. He explains everything from start to finish. I have only been twice-the first experience was fine my second experience fee charged was twice estimate w/out informing me & car had electrical issue at pick up that I never had before-had to return immed second experience fee charged was twice estimate w/out informing me & car had electrical issue at pick up that I never had before-had to return immediately & car just had that issue again -will need to call for repair More

Just had my 30K service done today. I had originally scheduled it for the next week but had some free time in my schedule today and was able to reschedule. Service Tech Mike worked me I had originally scheduled it for the next week but had some free time in my schedule today and was able to reschedule. Service Tech Mike worked me in and was able to complete the work in just over 2 hours. Subaru of Jacksonville is a great dealership with good staff and fast service. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Subaru car needs. More
