Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. I had an excellent experience at this dealership, the sales staff went above and beyond helping me get the perfect car instead of having to settle. They helped me with a difficult situation most dealers were not willing to help with and produced results beyond my wildest expectations. Dave was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his product. The sales team went out of their way to answer difficult and unusual questions. At no point did I ever feel pressured, nervous, or uncomfortable in any way, this is how buying a car should be. They stayed with me at the dealership till 10 at night (well past closing) and Dave even followed me to a gas station after that and filled my car up for me. Both the product and the sales team greatly exceeded my expectations. Everything was transparent and every step of the process was clearly explained. I also got an amazing deal on an incredible car with literally everything I could ever want. Subaru of Jacksonville has definitely earned themselves a loyal customer, and I look forward to coming back when my fiance is ready for a new vehicle. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More

They can do pretty much any service (including aftermarket parts installation) you need here and the service reps are helpful in every way they could be.
