Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. After entering the dealership we met with Kimberly Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look a Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and we told her we were looking at the Crosstrek. She listened to us and showed us three different Crosstreks and explained the differences between the vehicles. She did not rush us to make a decision and made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided on the Crosstrak Sport and purchased it. She then introduced us to A.J. Miller, to help with the financing and he also was very pleasant to work with. He also took his time with us and answered all of our questions about financing. After we purchased the vehicle we met with Johns Pitts who explained all of the technology and features of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant to work with. We don't think we could have had a better buying experience, thanks to the way we were treated from the time we entered the dealership to when we left with our new Crosstrek Sport. More

In fact, that was why I was willing to take a chance buying a car out of state through them. My son is a student at JU and needed a vehicle. Robert and the team made it seamless. Robert's clear communication and timely responses were above and beyond. That took such a load off! Joe in finance had me Facetime from out of state while my son signed documents. That was game changing, as we caught a big one that saved me a big headache - an added and unexpected bonus is the dealership's ability to title and register the car onsite. If I could give 6 stars I would! More

Andrew is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with getting a new vehicle. I could not be any happier with how my experience with him and SOJAX went for purchasing my new crosstrek. It took a few with getting a new vehicle. I could not be any happier with how my experience with him and SOJAX went for purchasing my new crosstrek. It took a few months for me to be able to purchase my vehicle due to some financial circumstances, but Andrew was so kind with checking in occasionally and making sure that when the time came to buy that he would be available. Any questions I had he was super quick to answer and make sure I was taken care of. Anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle i will recommend to come here.
