Took my car in because it had a computer problem. Was told that, yes, it was the main computer module that needed to be replaced. That's fine. I have a 2006 Outback. Only has 180k miles on it. So Was told that, yes, it was the main computer module that needed to be replaced. That's fine. I have a 2006 Outback. Only has 180k miles on it. So they replaced it for just under $1,300.00. Good price. After I got it back, after 2 weeks or so some of the warning lights cam flashing on again. I had my local guy clear the errors and tool it back down to Gwinnett to have them look at it. Tuan Nyguen told me that it was not under warranty because it was a refurbished part. I was shocked! He never told me that! He then tried to convince me that he had discussed it with me. NOT TRUE! I told him he better get it fixed! What a JERK! And a LIAR! It has not happened again. More
My first time needing to take it to a dealer (normally nervous about that process). Jeff was spot on, no issues, great information about what was wrong (he knew right away) and they got me on the road.
