Below is my response to the survey previously sent to me: ////////////////////// I prefer to text my response, because when I clicked on the link above it REQUIRED me to set up a Google account, which I do not wish to do. I don't know what format or questions are contained in your survey, so I will just give my free flow response. I live in Aiken, South Carolina and am staying with my daughter in Dacula while repairs are being made to my home damaged by hurricane Helene. I normally have my Subaru serviced by Gerald Jones Subaru, in Augusta GA. To avoid further suspense, let me just start by saying that Gwinnett Subaru is the absolute BEST service department I have ever experienced in my 76 years. I have owned Mercedes and been to some of, what I thought were elite dealerships, but I was blown away by the atmosphere and culture of service I experienced at Gwinnett Subaru. From the welcoming by name on the service board to the near detailing wash of my vehicle at departure, everything was superb. I don't mean that as just a common platitude, your service was far above my expectations; and I have high standards. A "quite" room, a child's play room, a video of the mechanics under hood vehicle inspection, even a water bowl and doggy treats for our furry friends; what more could anyone ask for (well maybe a recliner 😂)? The tech could not find the problem. Never called to get more information. The complaint was the drivers mirror is loose. The image through the mirror is blurry when going at highway speed or over. Any kind of minor bumps only the driver side the passenger side does not have this issue. It would’ve been nice to be asked for additional information before returning the car. More

Excellent service from start to finish. Jamill was really good at taking care of our needs. Hospitality bar was top notch.
