I am a first time Subaru OUTBACK owner and really appreciate the attentiveness and assistance as I became familiar with my new vehicle. The relationship and care has continued on as my car has now reached the 45000 mile marker! The facility is also exceptional ALWAYS exceptionally clean ,welcoming,and comfortable! The service personnel are attentive and right on target every time! 43e I have never had to bring my auto back due to any service issue. I have had my 2007 Subaru Tribeca for 5 years this month and my husband has a 2008 Outback. I take my car in for an oil change every 3,000 miles and I live in Gainesville, GA and I drive to Subaru of Gwinn and my husband has a 2008 Outback. It is mainly because of Jill Thurston that my husband and I return to Gwinnett even tho there are a lot of miles between us.
