This dealership rates above all in my opinion. The sales person we worked with when I bought my Forester was outstanding. He made what is usually a difficult thing to do seem so easy. The next most difficult thing to do is deal with a dealership's Service Department but that is not the case at this dealership. I have dealt with Jill Thurston the last few times I have had to have regular maintenace service done on my vehicle. She makes the experience easy and we have a couple of laughs while I am there too. She keeps you informed while your vehicle is being serviced. She never has any surprises and is very knowledgeable about the service your vehicle needs. Also, as you are waiting the rest of the staff are very considerate of your needs and take time to ask you if you need anything or just to say hello. The vehicle, the Sales Staff and the Service Staff all combined make this dealership #1. Heather More

I live 2 hours away, even though there is a Dealership closer in Asheville, NC , I would rat 2004, I have always received Great, Friendly service. I cannot speak highly enough of Jill Thurston. I did not actually purchase my Forester (my father and I swapped vehicles), but based on my experience with your service department I am fairly certain that when I am ready to buy a new vehicle it will be a Subaru from your dealership.
