Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are glad that you feel well-cared for at our dealership. As hokey as it may sound, we call our customers our "SOG Family" and strive to treat people that way. We hope to continue to see you in service! Jennifer Kessler, Sales Manager

In regards to the review posted by Mr. Thomas Van Galder, I feel that Subaru of Gwinnett has been unfairly portrayed. Anyone who purchases a new vehicle will have that Manufacturer’s New Vehicle Warranty, which states time, mileage, and coverage(s). In this case, the Subaru warranty covers 3 years/36k miles. The WRX to which Mr. Van Galder is referring was brought to our dealership in extremely poor mechanical condition. In order to best serve the customer, Subaru of Gwinnett had a Subaru of America Warranty Inspector come out to review the vehicle. It was determined by the Manufacturer (Subaru of America) that the vehicle was in fact abused and therefore would not be covered under Manufacturer Warranty. This was determined after the engine was diagnosed (by complete engine tear down inspection) and reviewed by both Subaru of America and Subaru of Gwinnett. At the point when the Manufacturer determines that the vehicle is not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, we, as the Dealer, have no further recourse. So, yes, Mr. Hoffman did have to give Mr. Van Galder the news that the Manufacturer would not honor the Manufacturer’s warranty due to the determined abuse by the customer. Also, Subaru of Gwinnett apologizes for any perceived lapse in communication. During the entire course of the inspection and diagnosis process by Subaru of Gwinnett and Subaru of America, a service vehicle was provided to Mr. Van Galder, free of charge. Regarding this unusual circumstance, I believe that Subaru of Gwinnett and Mr. Herb Hoffman gave Mr. Van Galder very good service. Executive General Manager Subaru of Gwinnett Steve K Kendrick
