First maintenance checkup. When I arrived at the service entrance, a man with a nice smile motioned me to drive my car in. Another man came to me to do a walk around the car to do a paint check after which I was introduced to the man who would oversee my case. He explained what was going to be done and the time it would take. I was told it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. The crew finished working on my car after 75 minutes which included a car wash. The service and attitudes of staff were very good. More
Excellent This was my first visit to this dealership for service, I will be back - - all the employees I encountered were very friendly and the waiting areas we This was my first visit to this dealership for service, I will be back - - all the employees I encountered were very friendly and the waiting areas were well stocked & clean - - my one recommendation, bring your own oil or insist you only be charged for what your car holds - my 2016 Outback with 2.5 engine takes 5.1 quarts yet I was charged for a full 6 quarts - this may not seem like much on an individual basis (about $7 at Subaru oil retail prices) but think of it in terms of 100s of vehicles and that Subaru likely purchases their oil for well under the $7.69 per quart shown on my receipt - besides, I find it inexcusable that, in todays computer age, the Subaru computers cannot do the math of what to charge for 5.1 quarts - - I find this practice of charging for product _not_ received unconscionable More

The non- Subaru greeters drive the cars as if they were valets. I observed one individual throw a customer's outback into reverse while it was still moving forward while sitting in the waiting are. Kyke, the service consultant obviously didn't know Subaru's recommendation for oil in our vehicle and presumed we didn't either. Because of the third party greeters and the lack of ability of the consultants to effectively communicate the work needed to their techs, I won't return here. More
