Then to arrive on Saturday where I was politely directed to the correct parking space. And then, speaking with my Service Advisor was OUTSTANDING!!! She answered every single question I had and explained every detail of the work in a manner that I could easily understand. We discussed future needs for my vehicle, and I appreciated that she understood my financial limits. She carefully explained to me the priority of each item, and when they should be performed. I appreciate Subaru of Gwinnett, and have absolute confidence in them. More
Bad mechanic I came to this dealer last Friday to do one tire change, 4 sensor replacement on the wheels, and a 4-wheel alignment. One of the advisors said my car got a airbag recall on my legacy, so he gave me a loaner, a 2018 Subaru Legacy. It was a fun car to drive during the 3 days of having it while my car was in service. Didn't expect when I get my car back it seem like it gotting worse. When I drove off the Subaru dealer, my car started to make this whining sound, but it went away and everything was fine after drove down the road. Okay maybe it was a cold start. After continue driving, getting ready to enter the highway going 55, I didn't feel safe, the whole car started to shake! I didn't know what happen to my car so I pull off to the nearest gas station to take a good look. Found out my hubcap was missing, two of my tires pressure valve caps were missing too. I stood at the gas station SMH. I turned back to the dealer and told them what happened to my car and they said they will get it checked out. They gave me back the same loaner, love the car but can't afford it right now. Yesterday I got a phone call saying that my car is ready and the noise that coming from my car is the power steering pump that need to be replaced. That's fine, I told them to replace it. (SO F@#$%ING expensive). 2 hour later went to pick up my car, car smell kind of funny smell like brake, which is not good. But I had enough, I hurry up getting my car and I told myself never go back again. This time I noticed my cell phone holder was missing, my custom Notepad to holder was damaged and damage on my Dash! What the F!@#$! I was in a hurry, and left the place. But when driving on the highway, the car was still shaking, so I took it to a brake shop. I told them the situation, they changed out the rotor and everything was fine. Simple stuff Subaru technician can't find the solution...They torture your car by putting up on the car lift and start the car on the lift, try to wear down your rotor and brake pad instead taking the rotor and have it machine shave down the rotor. You should be ashame of yourself for become a mechanic in this Subaru for this simple stuff you can't do. People be careful of your car being service here. More

None of these visits can compare to our recent service experience at Subaru of Gwinnett - and it is 2 hours from our home. Their process is totally streamlined with the customer in mind. We were met by someone who gets took basic information and escorted us to our choice of their 2 waiting rooms (one with a TV and one without). In a short time, our Service Advisor invited us to her office for a full review of the reason for the visit; what to expect, etc. When our visit turned out to be a lot longer than we had expected (ours is a recent purchase that was a fairly significant upgrade in the Outback, especially the entertainment system and needed a major software update) - we were immediately offered a loaner car which we used to do some last minute Christmas shopping. Our car was finished within the time estimated; we then checked out with the service advisor (another seamless process) and our car was promptly brought to us (including a wash/vacuum). More

Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it I was able to make a last minute appointment when my car had some trouble starting. I arrived early but was seen immediately. Service advisor showed me the oil dipstick level (double check) on my drive out. Waiting area is like airline VIP area...free drink, snack, clean modern waiting areas, friendly staff. TV remote in rear TV waiting area lets customer control the TV. (Latest scandals on FoxNews, No spa, sauna, or waitress). Window to service area for those so inclined. More

I will travel 50+ miles anytime to be treated the way that Gwinnett Subaru treats their customers. Since I travel a good bit with my job, these guys and gals keep me safe! I can't thank you enough!!
