Exceptional Service Department My Outback was towed and arrived at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing that the Service Department closed at 4pm I expected to receive a loaner car My Outback was towed and arrived at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing that the Service Department closed at 4pm I expected to receive a loaner car and return the following week after repairs. Much to my surprise and delight my car was immediately taken into a service bay. Within 15 minutes the service advisor informed me that the problem had been found. He said if I had time to wait they would begin repairs and have car ready in approximately 30 to 45 minutes. This service department is beyond compare. Car was repaired and returned to me with a complimentary wash job. All this covered under warranty resulting in no charges. Subaru of Gwinnett exemplifies the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More

Service Excellence Center was excellent in welcoming, getting clear what my car issues were and they had personnel issues but they provided a loaner so I did not feel an Center was excellent in welcoming, getting clear what my car issues were and they had personnel issues but they provided a loaner so I did not feel any pain because of that. Misleading Coupon, Good Service I had received a coupon from the dealership that indicated a "free" oil and filter change, but specified a value of $35. When I pulled in I told the I had received a coupon from the dealership that indicated a "free" oil and filter change, but specified a value of $35. When I pulled in I told the service writer that I had a coupon for a free oil and filter change. He said okay but then came back and said the coupon was misleading and they would do the oil and filter change, with synthetic oil, for $35. That's still a very good deal so I took it but the coupon was misleading. More

Headlight One of my headlights went out. Since it’s bedn raining so much I knew I had to get it replaced. Called Subaru of Gwinnett service and they said to com One of my headlights went out.
