Absolutely awesome. Had a wheel bearing replaced a few years back. Great awesome one day service. Made an appointment dropped it off early and got a call when completed Had a wheel bearing replaced a few years back. Great awesome one day service. Made an appointment dropped it off early and got a call when completed. Recently had an evap system leak repaired. Also had a recall associated with fuel tank covered. During the service an additional engine code.. The additional engine code was also covered by the recall. Saved me over a thousand dollars because of honesty and inegrity of staff. Got many other repair recommendations but didnt feel presured to pursue. Seriously considering making them my sole service provider. And biggest win with both trips was that end total ended up being more than 100 dollars less than what was quoted. More
Sketchy Was told my tires needed alignment. I opted to have them aligned where I bought tires, but didn’t. Next service expected to need tire alignment. Nop Was told my tires needed alignment. When questioned, they offered to “put the car on the rack & check”. Why would I trust them?! Complimentary “wash” left streaks (dirty/clean) from car wash, bugs & greasy palm print on hood. Their quality is sub par. More

The Service department is top notch and always professional and friendly. They always keep me updated on my service visit and do whatever they can to make my appointment as smooth as possible. If I need a loaner, answers or a ride I can count on Alyssa, Shaun, Kyle and Issa to go above and beyond to provide what I need. I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett Service department. More

I waited on-premise for the service to be completed and the waiting room was clean, comfortable and with complimentary wi-fi and refreshments. I was informed of the work to be done and its progress. The service representative told me that the car battery was weak and that it will be replaced at no charge as part of the Subaru warranty. The car was washed and clean when returned to me. Great experience. More

Everything a Gwinnett Subaru runs smoothly from talking to an advisor, to booking an appointment (great user-friendly website), waiting while service occurs (great environment) and getting a summary of what was done.
