02 Subaru needed repairs This location did a great job bringing my car back to life after it has been sitting for 2 years. They even made the AC start back working with a pulley and belt when all other mechanics was trying to charge 1300+ for me to get a new AC system. Worth the drive I drove from Cherokee County to Subaru of Gwinnett for my first service. At first I considered going to a closer location but because I purchased my S I drove from Cherokee County to Subaru of Gwinnett for my first service. At first I considered going to a closer location but because I purchased my SueBee from Gwinnett I thought, why not. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the experience was for me from start to finish. I set the appointment up online, received friendly reminders, and they knew who I was when I arrived. I brought a book and prepared to camp out in the service lounge but it didn't take as long as I had expected. Thirty to 45 minutes later my service rep fetched me. As a nice surprise they cleaned her up too - made the outside shiny and vacuumed the floor mats. WOW. That was totally unexpected. I'll be honest I am going to try the closer location the next time to compare experiences... but would not hesitate to drive the distance again. Bravo! More
