Quality Service with attention to detail My 2011 Forester was due for oil change so I brought it in for that and front end alignment. I knew brakes were due but did not know how long I had left. They pointed out that I was down to .1 and not safe to drive any more so I had the work done then. Very good job--more expensive that some other places but work done while I waited and done right with genuine Subaru parts. More

Changes I did not ask for My radio settings were changed and my clock is GONE. It is as if the battery was removed. I am not happy with that also my car had two scratches that I believe came from the vacuum holes and removed the paint! Lucky I had bought the $25.00 very small "pin" of paint and was able to fix it. I did not get a walk around after the oil change. This is when it was most needed . I did not tell them to mess with my radio or my clock setting. I am not happy! I am not happy with the scratches they made on my bumper! More

She was very helpful, informative about the tire options, and I was able to get the tires changed without being inconvenienced as I was eligible for a loaner vehicle. I'm very happy with the tires I chose, and she explained the details of the rebate submission so that I was easily able to file for it. I've enjoyed working with her, and I enjoyed working with Adam Anderson who was my salesman two years ago. More

Not up to par with past visits This was my fifth visit. All prior visits were handled in a quick but professional and courteous manner. Let me hasten to say that no one was rude. This was my fifth visit. All prior visits were handled in a quick but professional and courteous manner. Let me hasten to say that no one was rude. However personal service has slipped a little. When I arrived I was not met by anyone for about five minutes, then when service was completed and my car was returned to the exit pickup area I had to find someone to point out that my car was ready to go. These are "small" things, and maybe not so note worthy. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I feel confident that my Outback was in good hands. More

Not as attentive as they once were. My 2018 Outback was in the Service department for over 10 days due to a part on backorder. I left 3 messages for an update.
