Disapointed :( Let me say, the people are very nice, the actual work they do is fine and of course, the waiting room is lovely. But my last oil change was done off site, for $60. When asked about it, I was told I had several free oil changes still on my account. So I came in to get my oil changed. Knowing it was free, I agreed to let them do several other things they suggested. When it came time to pay the bill, I was told, ' so sorry, but those oil changes have expired'. :( And then on top of it, the oil change at the dealership was over $80!!! :( It was my fault for not clarifying everything up front, but I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. :( And to find that the service is so much more expensive as well....... I think it is safe to say that I will not be having any more service done at the dealership. More

Fast, efficient service. I was greeted promptly, allowed to explain my needs, and then I was provided room to work while I waited, comfortable chairs w/refreshments. When it was discovered that it was going to take a couple of hours to get a part, I was offered a loaner vehicle. I choose to wait anyway, they were able to get the part and installed it in less time than the two hours quoted. Very pleasant experience and Jeff was great to work with. More
Emergency Tire Replacement AS always Kyle and the Service Department came through for me in a pinch. I had previously bought my last set of tires at a different tire shop and wh AS always Kyle and the Service Department came through for me in a pinch. I had previously bought my last set of tires at a different tire shop and when they would not stand by their Road Hazzard Replacement of my tires, Kyle came to my rescue along with the other service team members to get me into the shop right at 6pm as they were closing and replaced all 4 of my tires on my 2014 Forrester. They even ordered my husbands new tires for his Outback and fixed him up as well that week. I can't say enough about the quality of service I get here especiall for my favorite service person Kyle!!! More

Kyle is my service advisor, and he provides good inform My 2016 Crosstrek has now had four 6,000 mile routine service visits, and each one was great! Kyle is my service advisor, and he provides good information about what's going to be done and why. Of course, he has his assistant "Steriling" with him to help out on occasion! Kyle always answers all questions and helps his customers become more familiar with all the car's bells and whistles. I've also had a few "unexpected service visits associated with nail pick-ups. They worked in these visits quickly and I was on my way. The service employees are a good team, and the employees in the other areas of the dealership are cordial and helpful. The big plus is the pet-friendly environment of the place. More
