A Great Place for Car Service I have taken my Subarus to this here since I moved here in 2006. I am always treated as if I am the most important customer there. Terrible We bought a CPO Outback with 8k miles on it. As soon as we drove off the lot the tpms lights came on. It was a Saturday so we decided to take it We bought a CPO Outback with 8k miles on it. As soon as we drove off the lot the tpms lights came on. It was a Saturday so we decided to take it in next weekend. We got a loaner and were pretty sure we would get the pickup call the same day. Never happened. No one called with updates No one was available to take our calls when we called No one responded to voicemail This went on for TWO weeks!! No you read that right. Finally after a spate of calls and strongly worded voicemails, we got word through our salesman (!!!) that the car was ready and would be delivered to us. What was done ? Four sensors were replaced. Time taken=more than two weeks. Don’t go here. You may not get your car back!! More
