They could have fixed sensor Cost me to have bodyshop fix I had a fender bender and the sensor got moved. The body shop said when I took it to Subaru in Gwinnett, they could have fixed it.. All the body shop I had a fender bender and the sensor got moved. The body shop said when I took it to Subaru in Gwinnett, they could have fixed it.. All the body shop did was move it slightly with their hands. Cost me rental and other monies due to the fact they could have fixed it. No excuse for them to slightly move it. More

Poor customer service We regret buying this car to 2019 assent. No one gave us any kind of warning it takes 5k miles to get the mpg stated , more like 16 mpg., Cracked sun We regret buying this car to 2019 assent. No one gave us any kind of warning it takes 5k miles to get the mpg stated , more like 16 mpg., Cracked sun roof (stress crack), (2) flat tires (don’t know why) , told we can add air to tire don’t bring it in. Eyesight issues, and on it goes. No one told us we had to pay for the remote start. Was told by GM , sorry you did not ask the correct questions, not they left things out. Was told don’t bring the car in for air, so yourself. More

They were very polite & professional in all our dealings. What impressed me the most was how many of the sales and service people were very polite to the custodian cleaning in the lounge area. Several greeted her by "Mrs......" many places I've been to I have witnessed the custodial staff being invisible to the other staff! More
