The service manager always follows up and is understanding of our frustration, but this should not be happening on a persistent basis. This is the only problem we’ve had. Less than an hour I left with new battery. No hassle. Moved onto my weekend. Fantastic feeling of relief when Issa said “I’ll be here and have it taken care of”. More

Great customer service I took my 2017 Subaru Forester back to my dealer after it was repaired from a major wreck (repaired elsewhere). I was having issues with the electroni I took my 2017 Subaru Forester back to my dealer after it was repaired from a major wreck (repaired elsewhere). I was having issues with the electronic lift gate and front passenger window. I was really concerned that the repairs might not be done correctly. I was pleased when the issues were quickly resolved with a "reset". They still put the car on a lift and inspected the other repairs, just to put my mind at ease. Nice to know it has a "clean bill of health"! I made the appointment expecting to pay for this service, but there was no charge. Great service every time I go here! More

I did redeem my anniversary $10 off coupon and thought maybe that's why they didn't offer one. The checkout was a little rushed. I always like it when they sit down with you and do over line by line all they did. It's reassuring to know how much traction is left on tires or percentage of brake pad left when you order an inspection. I had to ask and didn't get any numbers - just that they were still good. All in all, good service though. More

Mechanically I have not experienced any difficulties with the vehicle and taking the vehicle in for routine service is a quick and easy. Jill Thurston is the Service Mgr and she runs a tight knit ship. If all dealers and service departments were run as efficiently owning a auto would be a lot more enjoyable experience. When it’s timr to part with my current 2013 Forrester I will definitely be getting a Subaru. I have been pleasantly impressed with the quality and ride of the vehicle. More
