Problems This service center is about 2 hours from my home but I've heard horror stories about the one that's 15 minutes away, so I chose the farther location. This service center is about 2 hours from my home but I've heard horror stories about the one that's 15 minutes away, so I chose the farther location. I took my Outback for my 12k maintenance and to have a remote starter installed. They finished right at closing time and on my way home I noticed my alignment is off and my window won't roll down. I called first thing a few days later (the first open day afterwards) and left a voicemail for the service manager and never received a call back. I called again the next day and made an appointment. Now I have to wait until my next day off work and spend the day driving all the way back to get it fixed because they couldn't bother to make sure everything worked properly once they were finished. And the manager can't be bothered to call back. Next time I'll go to the closer one. At least it won't take the entire day if something isn't right. More

Exellent service overall. One problem with music not fixed The taillight problem was fixed immediately. However, my inability to stream music from my Samsung Android phone has not been fixed. The phone connects to the head unit fine for taking and making calls and receiving text messages However, I can no longer stream from my Pandora account, even though it used to work in this care using this phone. The phone responds as though it's working, but there is a speaker off symbol showing on the screen in the Forester, and the phone goes silent as soon as the head begins to connect. They technician updated the Subaru firmware, but that didn't help. More

In addition, he answered questions I had on trading in my 2017 Forester on the new 2019 Forester Sport and made sure to get my info and interest over to sales. I was then contacted by Liam who was excellent in his attention and knowledge. I then traded my 2017 for the 2019....so it seems I am now loyal to the Subaru brand. This also proves there is the collaborative employee team spirit at SOG! More
