Not only did I have my oil change done (first time at this facility), but answered all my questions I had about the back up camera I was wanting and the built in GPS, I as having a bit of difficulty with getting it to function from west coast to east coast. The service department was great. Only issue I had, was when I called to schedule the appt. I spoke with 3 different individuals, that couldn't give an answer on price, or even answer a couple of questions. Also, they called me back to ask if I was bringing in my camera and was I wanting it installed. I never said I was bringing anything in, only that I wanted to speak with someone who could answer my questions about it. More

Friendly, competent service staff I've only brought my 2017 Impreza 5 door in for service a couple of times, but each visit has been pleasant. My most recent service was for an oil cha I've only brought my 2017 Impreza 5 door in for service a couple of times, but each visit has been pleasant. My most recent service was for an oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades, a blown fuse for the heated front seats and a software update. (I'm just getting used to the idea of cars needing software updates!) I was amazed at how quickly they finished the work and also washed and vacuumed my car. I was out of there much sooner than I anticipated in a car that is running smoothly and sparkling clean! More
