I received a call from the dealer, asking if I wanted to schedule an oil change about a month in advance. Without this call, I probably wouldn’t have come. The day before my appointment, I started hearing a schedule an oil change about a month in advance. Without this call, I probably wouldn’t have come. The day before my appointment, I started hearing a noise in my car, so I decided to call ahead and see if I could drop off my car a day earlier, which the dealer said yes to. When I arrived, the dealer made it clear that the car wouldn’t be seen until the following week. At no point, I was offered a loaner vehicle. I agreed to a diagnostic, paid for it, but I wasn’t told what repairs the car required. This experience has truly made never want to own a Subaru ever again. More
Just purchased my Crosstrek as a certified used car I have had the car less than a month and I took it in because I didn’t have records of the 36k service being done.
