Very poor service and communicaiton. I brought my car in on Thursday March 14th at 9 a.m. and did not receive it back until 5:30 on the Friday evening March 22nd. The warranty company ha I brought my car in on Thursday March 14th at 9 a.m. and did not receive it back until 5:30 on the Friday evening March 22nd. The warranty company had to be contacted and came and approved the work to be done on , I believe March 19th or 20th. I was told I would be contacted during all this time to keep me updated, but no one bothered to call me, and when I did get to speak to someone, they would tell me it would be done the next day. My husband called and was left on hold for 20 minutes. I finally got my care on March 23 around 5:30 and the following morning, Saturday, the representative called to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I informed him I already had my car. This would not have been so bad, but I am from Bristol, TN and was stuck in Duluth, GA for 10 days, with none of the medication I take and I am a diabetic. Thankfully, my daughter lives there and I was able to stay with her or I would have also been paying for a motel. No I would never recommend your business or go back there again. Even when we would call we could not find out anything about the status of our car. The communication issue was as bad as having to wait so long for our car. If they would have just explained to me how long it would be, I would have had someone come to Duluth to get me, but thinking it would be ready the next day each time I called, I thought it would be silly for my husband to drive 4-5 hours to get me and then have to return to pick up the car. Your dealership really needs someone in charge to make sure communication is clear and quick. I was told by the man who first took my car, that it would be a few days because he would have to contact the warranty company because he was going to get his money. I appreciate that the service department has a child’s waiting room, with toys, books, and a tv. Between the playroom and the snacks Subaru proved, my 3 yr old was a happy camper waiting it out. More

He said that would be no problem to get serviced. I requested a loaner veihicle (there was one available) and was finally approached by a nice lady about the loaner vehicle, about 10 minutes before the service on my vehicle was completed, so no vehicle was necessary at the point. Seeing Matt, our sales guy, was the highlight of the trip. More

Found knife in seat and missing things. Brakes still squeal. Went to get my brakes squeaking checked. Had to leave the car because no one was able to check Brembo brakes so had to get a loaner. Picked up vehicle and noticed that my $190 ear buds are missing but think nothing of it because they may be at my house. Turn my house upside down along with my car and instead of finding my ear buds I find a knife in between the seats. On top of that my brakes still squeal even though Subaru said they couldn't hear anything. So basically it was a waste of my time, gas, and money due to my ear buds being stolen. More
