The experience was okay in that my problem was resolved. I came in because my tire pressure light was coming on. However, I came in about 3 weeks ago for routine service and mentioned that the tire light w I came in because my tire pressure light was coming on. However, I came in about 3 weeks ago for routine service and mentioned that the tire light was coming on. When I left 3!weeks ago the tire light was off. It seems that the tires were inflated thereby causing tire light to turn off, but no one checked for a slow leak, which apparently is what caused the light to come on 3 weeks later. It could have saved me a trip if this had been checked during first visit. Second issue was my battery failed the test and I agreed to a new one. Imagine my surprise when I check out and find out the new battery cost almost $500. That’s a lot for a battery, and I can’t believe that was the only battery option. If so, I think a little warning about the cost should have been given. Otherwise, my service agent was nice, friendly and professional. Service took longer than I think it should have to replace 1 tire and put in new battery. More

This dealership gives a misrepresentation of what a recommended service is. They lead you to believe that if you do not complete this $500 fluids change that you will have severe damage to your car, wh recommended service is. They lead you to believe that if you do not complete this $500 fluids change that you will have severe damage to your car, when in reality it's based on the fact that the service manual says at "X" miles it's suggested. What is the point of an inspection, if you're going to consistently recommend $1,500+ work be done on the car based on a book and not an inspection. More
