Head & Shoulders above Stivers! I initially went to Stivers Subaru in Decatur to purchase a new Subaru for my wife. I met with a salesman that didn't seem to care about the car purch I initially went to Stivers Subaru in Decatur to purchase a new Subaru for my wife. I met with a salesman that didn't seem to care about the car purchase. During our negotiations, I was given several different numbers for the vehicle I was interested in and when we finalized a number, I went into the dealership again with our trade and the salesman stated that they made a mistake and those numbers were not valid. I had my fill and decided to go to Subaru of Gwinnett. I was greeted by Trina and the rest is history. Trina was very knowledgeable, returned calls promptly, gave me a good price and was patient while we went back and forth between different models. Trina is terrific and earned our future business! We purchased a 2015 Forester and had the good fortune to have Trina as a sales rep. We had called earlier and talked to Jim Heet and met him upon our arrival. Jim was also a pleasure to talk with. However, Jim had another customer so Trina stepped in. She went on two test drives and walked us through several models on the lot. There was no pressure on us and everything was straightforward. When we finally decided on a car she gave us her best deal-no "let me talk to my manager" tactic. That was very much appreciated! She knew her prices and the vehicles. Swindia Matos, my sales person who I dealt with, made my buying experience in this place very easy. She is also very helpful and attentive in solving some of the issues I had to make the transaction happened. I have been to many car dealerships in Roswell and Duluth areas for the last 3 weeks and I find this place really has really good customer service even this place is small compare to other car dealerships in the area. Swindia Rocks! Well I have to say a few years ago I came in to see a WRX. I did not enjoy the experience I had. The sales person took me on a test drive to the QT an Well I have to say a few years ago I came in to see a WRX. I did not enjoy the experience I had. The sales person took me on a test drive to the QT and back that was it! I spent more time with the paperwork for the car than the test drive. I promised I would never return to the dealership! I still loved the product and wanted to see it in person. When I walked into the dealership, Swindia met me with a warm greeting and answered all my questions. I explained to her what I wanted to do and she understood my needs. It took a year before I purchased the vehicle but Swindia was patient and understanding with my needs. She is a great asset to SOG. I will be sure to do business with her again. More

This was by far, the most seamless, stress free car purchasing experience of my life. And I can't understand why everyone does not go to this dealership to purchase a car! From the moment I first walked into the dealership, I could sense this was going to be a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and completely laid back. I was not accosted by sales associates when I first walked in, which was my first indication that this would be an enjoyable experience. I was impressed with Trina's knowledge of the car I was interested in - she was able to answer every question I had, without calling anyone or looking anything up. The car I wanted had to be ordered and had a 30 day lead time, and I was trading my current vehicle in, so Trina put me in a loaner, for no charge, for a month. And my trade in also went extremely well. I had done research and knew what I wanted to get for my vehicle, and it was offered, no haggling or going back and forth. Overall, I would rate my purchasing experience as excellent. And I would certainly recommend Trina and Subaru of Gwinnett to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
