Lance met me in the show room and gave me a great walk through on the features, functions, performance and competitive comparisons of the vehicle I was interested in. Took me for a very good test drive to get a feel for the vehicle. He was extremely patient throughout the process. Very precise. Very professional. And extremely knowledgeable of the product. My inquiry was handled immediately and I was put in contact wi I contacted Subaru of Gwinnett to find out if they had any new 2015 WRX's in inventory. My inquiry was handled immediately and I was put in contact with Lance Willhite. Lance did an excellent job of answering any questions I had. I ended up putting a deposit down on a WRX they already had scheduled to receive. I got a great deal and Lance was a pleasure to work with. More
Impressed! Very Impressed with the sales/service of Subaru of Gwinnett. I inquired about an Subaru Imprezza through USAA website for my father. A concierge (not sales rep) kindly emails me whether I have any questions or concerns. Most of my questions and concerns were answered through the concierge. Then, she forwarded me to sales rep (Gary Sikes) and finance guy (Mike Anderson). No pressure sales pitches just answering my questions. Later in the week, we setup an appointment and as soon as we get in at the showroom floor - we find out our sales rep is helping other customers - however, the rep was kind enough to forward us to another sales rep (Jim Heet) to assist us. Jim was just as courteous and good listener to our automotive needs. We took about an hour to figure out what we wanted. At the point, a concierge comes gives us insurance quote listings for all our cars (so we can save money). Then was forward to Mike Anderson (finance guy) to finalize the deal (took about one hour and 30 minutes). So lets see - we got a new car (Subaru XV Crosstrek) and insurance quote listings (which would probably take days to for us to research) within 2 1/2 hours. Thanks Subaru of Gwinnett for the courteous customer service. More

I thought to mysel I happened to go to Subaru of Gwinnett on the hottest day of the summer. I pulled in and started checking out the new line of cars. I thought to myself that no one inside the dealership dared to come out in the blistering heat, yet, out walked Swindia. I had been to the dealership before and looked at cars, but I was not familiar with Swindia. She took the time to listen to what I was interested in and then we test drove a Forester and an Outback. I went in thinking I definitely wanted a Forester, but I really like the ride of the Outback and decided on the Outback. Swindia and I negotiated the price, which I thought was very good for both me and the dealership. The entire purchase experience was great! More
