Lance had no issues working with me through emails and phone calls for over 2 weeks to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and was able to work with me on the price as well. I never felt pressured or tricked into anything much like I was at other dealerships. The financing department was great as well and didn't try to shove extra warranties down my throat. They asked once, I said no thanks and they said okay no problem. Just the way it should be. If you are looking to get a Subaru (this was my first) , I would highly recommend Lance and the entire team. I am loving the vehicle by the way! More
Easiest new car purchase ever! I recently purchased a 2015 Outback from Elizabeth Puckett of Subaru of Gwinnett. I had done my research prior to contacting this dealership and knew I recently purchased a 2015 Outback from Elizabeth Puckett of Subaru of Gwinnett. I had done my research prior to contacting this dealership and knew exactly what make/model/color/features I wanted in my next car. I actually found the car on their website, made an initial inquiry online and was contacted almost immediately by concierge Crystal. Crystal answered many questions for me about the specific car I was interested in and then put me touch with Elizabeth who handled all the aspects of the sale seamlessly and conveniently. Once at the dealership, financing was handled quickly with great ease and convenience and I was out the door with no surprises or any pressure in any form. All in all, it was a extremely pleasant experience and I love my new Outback! More

She listened to what we wanted in a car and sold us just that. She even got a pad of construction paper to entertain our two year old. Michael, the finance officer, was very personable and easy-going. Truthfully, I was not looking forward to the typical car buying experience. Luckily, we went to Subaru of Gwinnett and walked away feeling happy with our experience there. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from there again. More

My sales associate, Elizabeth Puckett, was easy to work with and professional. She went above and beyond expectations when I realized my car wasn't equipped with a universal remote system, and she quickly rectified the situation and had one installed that same day. By far, it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend Gwinnett Subaru to anyone in the market for a new Subaru car. More

He answered all of my questions and I was able to get a new Forester fresh from the factory. It was delivered one evening and ready to go the next day. The actual process took very little time and Lance had everything ready. Lance was very patient and thorough in going over features. I would travel 60 plus miles to have Lance as salesperson. Superior Auto Buying Experience!! Built our "ideal" Subaru Forester via the TRUEcar website which then connected us with Subaru of Guinnett. They didn't have an exact match on site bu Built our "ideal" Subaru Forester via the TRUEcar website which then connected us with Subaru of Guinnett. They didn't have an exact match on site but, Lance Willhite, our (Superior) Sales Consultant, contacted an (out-of-state) Subaru dealership who had one scheduled for delivery, and was able to negotiate its transfer to Subaru of Guinnett.. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up our new ride, we met with Lance (a very congenial individual!), inspected the vehicle, and then took it out for a short drive. Returning, we met again with Lance to complete the necessary paperwork. Everything was very straightforward! An attempt was never made to pressure us into purchasing a maintenance contract (a very BIG + in my book!), and his portion of the paperwork was completed in 15 minutes or less. We then met with Mike in Finance, to complete paperwork there (also quite friendly!). Again, this process took less than 15 minutes to complete. When finished, Lance brought us out to our new vehicle and provided detailed instructions on the location, functionality and operation of the standard controls as well as those of the options we had chosen ( Eyesight, GPS, Navigation). He even took the time to take us out on the road and demonstrate the Eyesight function (Super option, so glad we got it!). Overall, this was by far the best auto buying experience we've had (and I'm in my seventies and have had several!). Thank you Lance for making this a truly unique experience, with no price haggling and with no last minute surprises! Your super in our book! We look forward to purchasing from you again in the future. More
