Very straightforward, direct and honest. Since my previous car was totaled by a collision shop and my insurance company's courtesy rental car was due, Trina gave me a loaner Subaru Forrester for 2 weeks until my car would be delivered, since they did not have my color and configuration in stock. I have never experienced this level of service!! The day I was to pick up the loaner, I was stuck in traffic and was likely to miss the 7pm closing time by a short time. Their receptionist agreed to wait until I made it to the dealership. Then my car got delivered at the dealership way ahead of schedule and Trina both called me and emailed me to let me know the car was here. The entire process from start to finish took about 2 hours to drive off. I am very happy with the experience. This is how car buying/leasing should be everywhere, period! More

From the time I entered the Subaru Dealership for the test drive to delivery of my car couldn't have been any easier. Elizabeth stayed in constant communication with me, because the exact car I wanted was not available at the time of the test drive. The car was delivered a week earlier that I expected and never in my life would I ever dream that buying a car could be this easy. The day I went to pick up the car Elizabeth made sure I knew where everything was in the car and how to operate all the functions, she even took the time to set up the Bluetooth with my cellphone.
