When I got there, they told me that they wouldn't even consider letting me in the car to test drive it until I agreed to buy it from them and settled on terms. Great Customer Service I had driven the Legacy in Charlotte, NC with a salesman here, and I really liked the car. We did the numbers, and I was satisfied that I was getting I had driven the Legacy in Charlotte, NC with a salesman here, and I really liked the car. We did the numbers, and I was satisfied that I was getting the best with trading in my 10-yr. old car; however, little did I know that my car died on me, and we had already planned a trip to GA to take care of the grands. My husband told me to look for a Subaru dealership near us in Cumming, which I did and came up with Gwinnett Subaru. I made an appt., and was early with my grands so I asked if I could see another salesman. This is when I met Lance, and he was terrific. He took me for a test drive and told me things about the Subaru that the salesman in Charlotte did not mention. I bought the car I test drove and brought it back to Charlotte on Sunday night. It handled well, and I am still learning all of the things it can do. More

I had a great experience buying my new Subaru Forester. A colleague recommended Nelson Gibson, so I asked for him when I walked into the dealership. I told him what I wanted. He checked his computer to see what was in stock and printed out price sheets for two cars. We looked at the cars and went on a test drive. There was no pressure at all. I had actually test drove a vehicle in late 2014, but decided it wasn't the right time to buy. I got no pressure from Lance, just a polite "come back and see me when you're ready." So I did recently and purchased a new 2016 Forester. I couldn't be happier with the deal I got, the car, and the overall customer service. Even though this dealership isn't the closest to my house, I'm glad that I chose Subaru of Gwinnett to do business with. Highly recommended! More
