I visited a number of times and carefully considered many vehicles but the Forester was the best fit and Elizabeth worked hard to get me a manual transmission vehicle. I have been so happy with the vehicle and feel like it's the perfect fit for me. Elizabeth was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was smiling all the time and that's my memory of her is her smiling face and helpful demeanor. She is a real gem and tremendous asset to the dealership. More

driver window glitch when closing. Had no appointment for service, and had the day off so I called in the morning for a window problem I was having with the 16 Forester. Way More Than Expected I generally don't like doing these surveys, but this one I had to do. Made an appointment a while back to have airbag recall service done on my Outba I generally don't like doing these surveys, but this one I had to do. Made an appointment a while back to have airbag recall service done on my Outback. Pulled in today at my appointment time - no wait. Facility was spotless. Service personnel greeted me politely. Free coffee while I signed some paperwork for a free loaner. Out the door in a jiffy with a like-new loaner. Was called a couple of hours later that my car was ready. Returned to find my car had been completely washed, checked for any work needed, fluids checked, etc. - surprised to hear no additional work required! Elisa, my service representative, was great. Everyone was great. Top shelf car dealership!! More

The fastest and easiest car deal I've ever had. Matt had my Crosstrek ready to test drive and we had already agreed on a final price on the net prior to me and my wife arriving at the dealership. After looking over the car and driving it we sat down to finalize the paperwork all very quick as we had a time limit so we could pick up our kids from school. After spending seemingly no time at all in the finance office, our new Crosstrek was washed and gassed up and ready to take home. I be we weren't in the dealership for an hour and a half. Everything was on point and seamless. I would look to Matt again for future Subaru purchases. More
