All was good including trade in value plus retail cost of new car until the product specialist and sales person botched the deal due to a "misunderstanding" over remote engine start and remote start. Sales manager defended his employees as he should, but was very rude, pompous, and could have cared less to sell me the incoming 3.6. It was obvious in his tone that he was not interested in customer relations. Bought the vehicle in Boone, NC. No hassles, no wasted time, higher trade in, and totally courteous. Enough said... More
