I came in wanting to test drive a car, and rather than the 15 minute wait for my sales representative to go find the keys and find the car, our representative Sebastian had someone else go get the car while she answered our questions. Plus, rather than just bringing one car at a time, they brought both cars I wanted to test drive, so I could hop out of one and into another. This may sound insignificant, but when you are test driving cars all day you don't want to stand around waiting. I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett, and Sebastian. More

Amazing Experience I was in the market for a new car. Having drive Hondas since 1991, I figured it was time for a change, time to experience something new. The Crosstr I was in the market for a new car. Having drive Hondas since 1991, I figured it was time for a change, time to experience something new. The Crosstrek caught my eye, so I included this in my test drives, and compared it with the Honda HR-V and CR-V. I dealt with Sebastian Lewallen, and she was a terrific sales associate, very knowledgeable. The test drive was an amazing experience, and she answered all the questions I had at the time. This was my first time driving an AWD vehicle. In the end, there was no comparison - the Crosstrek "fit" me, and although its price was more than those of the Hondas, I felt that the Crosstrek delivered outstanding value for the money. I only regret that I didn't get a Subaru years ago... I chose Subaru of Gwinnett for several reasons: 1) their online price quotes were less than those from the other Metro Atlanta dealers; 2) the dealership had good reviews for sales and service; and 3) it's close to home. When comparing my experience at Subaru vs. the Honda dealer I visited, there were several reasons why Subaru came out ahead: 1) the Honda sales associate didn't volunteer information about the vehicles during the test drives; 2) he never suggested that I try the AWD versions of the HR-V or the CR-V; and 3) he wanted to close a deal right away, but I told him I wanted to check out the Crosstrek first. My First Subaru I had been wanting a Subaru for quite a while so my wife and I decided to test drive some. We headed to Subaru of Gwinnet and met Sebastian. The first thing we noticed is she did not talk about or show us a car she wanted to sell. She asked us what we needed a vehicle to do for us and how we were going to use it. We test drove two Outbacks, one 4 cylinder and one 6 cylinder. Besides providing directions, Sebastian was also telling us about features in the cars. At one point we pulled into an empty parking lot and she asked me to check out the turning radius, which was surprisingly tight for a vehicle of that size. In the end, we decided to buy the 6-cylinder Outback since we pull a trailer with kayaks and a canoe. The engine and transmission deliver a smooth and powerful ride. The all-wheel-drive really provides a much better ride than 2 wheel drive vehicles. It's just one of those things you have to experience to understand. The whole buying experience was great, from working with Sebastian who was so knowledgeable about the different models to the final purchasing process. They were very cooperative and patient as it took a few days for us get our down payment in place. We love our Subaru and recommend Sebastian and Subaru of Gwinnet. More

AWESOME! I was pretty sure that I wanted a Subaru. When I got to the dealership, Sebastian showed me both the Outback and the Forrester. Pointed out the pros and differences between them. We took a test drive in the Outback and I was hooked. I didn't even try the Forrester. It was that simple. The finances we a breeze and then, Sebastian took me out to the car and she showed me all the control systems and how everything worked. She was very thorough throughout the entire experience and very low key. I never felt like I was being pushed or crowded into a decision. All sales people should be like Sebastian Lewellan. More
