First off... we had been shopping for a CrossTrek for about a month when we finally went to Kris at Subaru of Georgetown. We did not want anything too specific... just that it be a Sport in Horizon Blue about a month when we finally went to Kris at Subaru of Georgetown. We did not want anything too specific... just that it be a Sport in Horizon Blue Pearl. Several dealerships were emailing us daily with available vehicles that were not what we were looking for. Numerous White Limited CrossTreks! And expected us to pay $2k or more over MSRP "Market Adjustment" for a car that was not what we wanted. We almost gave up till we met Kris. He did not sugarcoat it... He explained, given the state things as of late, we would have to pay MSRP but not a market adjustment. We told him what we wanted "Blue Sport... maybe Moonroof package". He simply said he would let us know if they received any allocations that fit those criteria. And that is what he did... As soon as he confirmed an allocation, he contacted us and gave us first crack at it. He expressed that it would not be in until December. Of course, we jumped on it with a $500 deposit! He sent us over an invoice that indicated an amount to be financed... simply included the price of the vehicle with tax, title, license, and document fees included. He sent us updates each week on the status. A few weeks and they had a solid delivery date. We were pleasantly surprised when Kris called to inform us the CrossTrek was delivered 10 days early. We submitted our loan application online, and two days later met with Kris who already had things rolling with Duane in finance. Duane offered us several protection plans but absolutely did not pressure us to add anything we did not feel we needed. We were extremely pleased when it came down to it… exactly what the invoice sheet said we would finance, was what we financed minus the down payment of course, which was not required by the way. The icing on the cake, was that we qualified for the .9 interest for 48 months. We are extremely pleased with Subaru of Georgetown. We will recommend Kris and Duane to anyone we know who is interested in Subaru. Thank You Kris and Duane!!! More
Yesterday (Dec 12, 2021) we purchased an excellent used car from Subaru of Georgetown. The staff was helpful, thoughtful, and honest throughout the process. I really don't know if ANY of the billed repairs were actually done. There was no dirt or dust removed from any of the fittings that would be required to be removed (Differential fluid plug, transmission fluid plugs, etc.) Battery immediately stopped working after service. Hard to tell if they damaged it in addition to the obvious scratches and dents that occurred to the body while in their shop. More

Our salesman, Ken Bell, did a great job in showing us the cars available. He was competent and dealt with us without pressure. He had a calm style and helped us to make a good choice. I have purchased 2 Subarus here and for me, this will be the gold standard for dealers. Spencer was very knowledgeable, helpful, and put no pressure. The finance dept person was excellent too, taking his time explaining things but never pushing and giving us time to decide. The service department is also awesome and they are very prompt, informative and courteous. routine service is quick, any issues are promptly addressed with great attention to detail. I have never been overcharged or asked to get unnecessary repairs. The waiting area even has work cubicles if you want to get some work done. More
