Our experience with Subaru of Georgetown was wonderful. My wife & I were looking to trade in our 2020 Subaru Legacy, toward a 2024 Subaru Outback. We placed a "NEW BUILD" Outback on order this last July. My wife & I were looking to trade in our 2020 Subaru Legacy, toward a 2024 Subaru Outback. We placed a "NEW BUILD" Outback on order this last July. Frank Ayala was a pleasure to work with during this process. He was extremely helpful and responsive in getting us the exact vehicle we wanted. Over the last 2 months, he kept us up to date as to the progress and potential delivery date of the vehicle. We received a call last week, informing us the car had been delivered and was being prepped for pick-up. On Thursday, the wife and I proceeded to Subaru of Georgetown to complete the deal. Frank (sales) & Kristopher (finance) were wonderful in making the trade, purchase, and delivery of our Outback from the Legacy virtually seamless. All aspects of the deal were clearly explained & agreed upon in a fair & courteous manner. My wife & I are now the proud owners of the Outback and could not be happier. I wish to thank Frank Ayala and the staff of Subaru of Georgetown for making this happen. I have no doubt that we will enjoy our new Outback for many years to come. More
