The wife and I just bought our 3rd Subaru from Subaru of Georgetown. I typically loathe dealerships as much as having a root canal done. However, sales rep Brian Mathiesen and financing rep Ted Li made all Georgetown. I typically loathe dealerships as much as having a root canal done. However, sales rep Brian Mathiesen and financing rep Ted Li made all our vehicle purchases an easy, painless experience! Brian was very attentive to what we wanted and could afford without being pushy or aggressive. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied throughout the shopping and purchase process. He answered all of our questions about various vehicles, trim levels, and option packages. If he didn't have the answers himself or wasn't 100 percent sure, he was quick to get back to us with the requested info (within minutes). After deciding on our purchase, financing rep Ted Li walked us through the required document signing, explaining everything in easy-to-understand terms, and without agressively trying to upsell unnecessary add-ons that we weren't interested in. If add-ons/options were available, he described pros, cons, and costs but also made us comfortable in saying "No" if we didn't want it without feeling pressured. My experience with their service department has been very positive as well. Their techs are thorough and work is completed on time (and sometimes even earlier!). The entire staff at Subaru of Georgetown are friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed when we stepped into their showroom. None of that vulture-vibe we've gotten at other dealerships (you know what I'm talking about). I wholeheartedly recommend Subaru of Georgetown, whether you're already a Subaru enthusiast or just curious to see what the Subaru brand is all about when you're thinking of buying your next vehicle. I was very hesitant to come to Subaru of Georgetown based on some of the other reviews out there on the internet about them. I was greeted by the front desk and was gotten a sales rep very quickly. Ethan was awesome, I told him I only wanted to test drive and had 0 intentions of buying a car that day. He was very kind about it and asked me what kind of car I was looking to test drive. We got into the car within 10 minutes of me walking in. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about Subarus, their features and what made them so safe. As soon as we got back to the dealership, Ethan was very kind and asked if I had questions or wanted to at least look at their deals. Long story short I walked out that day with a fair value on my trade-in, great customer service from Ethan, the manager on duty Michael, and the finance man Kris. They were all very nice, helpful, and cool. They made the car buying experience one of my favorites of all time. I highly recommend going and working with these guys if you can. More
